Project has three dimensions, cost, program & quality control. No one of these dimensions shrinks or expands without automatically impacting the other two(positively or negatively). All that said, know that health & safety is the container of these dimensions, it allows them to interchange smoothly or scramble in total disarray. Unlike other dimensions safety flaws impacts the very existence of company not only project. Make sure your project container is robust and prioritize it above every thing else.
